Description:
“Ringo” is a stunning red roan gelding that has done all phases of ranch work, and is always willing to do whatever you ask of him! He is an 8 year old gelding that stands 14.2/14.3 hands and weighs 1135 lbs. This flashy gelding has been used a lot outside as well as in the feed yard to gather, check pens, sort, etc. “Ringo” has also tracked cattle in the arena and could go on to make a rope horse. In addition, this sweet guy has put in miles upon miles upon miles of trail riding. “Ringo” is the kind of horse you can point down the trail and give him his head and not have any trouble at all. He is not spooky in new situations or when introduced to unfamiliar things.



“Ringo” is well broke and carries himself well. Has a nice, easy trot and a smooth lope. A true neck rein, and good stop/back up. He crosses water, will ride through the bar ditches, and is VERY sure footed in the rocks. He is extremely gentle and easy to be around and ride. Absolutely no buck, doesn’t freshen up with time off.



He is completely sound, no health issues - up to date on everything. No special feeds, supplements or care required for him. He is currently barefoot and has solid black feet! Stands to be groomed, bathed, saddled, etc. Loads and unloads like a dream. Everyone needs a gelding like this in their barn, he has done it all and is so easy and willing that he really is a pleasure to have around.
