Facility has a 60’x120’ lit indoor riding arena, 50’ round pen, secure tack room and trailer parking area. A 36’x105’ stall attached to the arena can be included in a work exchange OR $215/mo per horse ($200 if multiple horses housed). Ideal applicant would be a trainer looking for a facility to work out of. If someone wants to find outside clients to train, we could work out additional stalls.
