Description:
"Brumby" is a 9 YO mare that you can do a little bit of everything on. I have used her moving and penning cows and bulls, pulled a boat full of feed during a flood, moving cattle in chest deep water, done a little pasture roping on her tagging and doctoring calves. This mare can go all day and then some and has plenty of grit. I got her from my cousin who said she was a jam up heel horse, but I have never tried her out. She has a super stop and a pretty good handle on her. Not a kids horse but not stupid. She can be a little watchy on the ground. You can get on her fresh with time off and she will settle right down. I have had her for 4 years and she has never offered to kick, bite, or buck. I think she would make a good heel or breakaway horse I just do not have the time or set up to work on her. She is up to date on all vaccs, worming, teeth and gets trimmed every 4 weeks. Asking $2500 OBO.
