Description:
Whiskey is a 7 year old grade gelding. He stands 15.1hh tall & 1200lbs. He has a great disposistion and personality. He is broke really nice with a good handle. He will lope right off from a dead stop, no issues at all. He has been used on a ranch to gather, sort, doctor, load, etc.. We’ve used him to push steers up the alley and back and forth in the arena. We’ve tracked the dummy on him as well as a some live steers. We’ve ponied some colts off of him. He takes everything in stride & doesn’t try to get sideways. He is the same no matter the length of time you leave him off. He is 100% sound. He waits at the gate for you to catch him. He’s has all the potential in the world to making a roping or barrel horse if someone wants to take him in that direction.
