Blackie is an 11 Year old Jet Black 14.3hh Gelding that is family safe, stays gentle and is a pleasure to ride. Blackie saddles up the same way every time no matter the amount of time off. He has a true one hand neck rein. We have ridden him in the arena, out on the trail and hes even been through town. He is traffic safe, goes where you point him and is easy to ride. We have him used to flags, tarps, ropes, dragging the barrel, and even started shooting off of him. He has a fast steady walk, goes over logs and thick brush. here is a really cool gelding that will suit any family looking for a safe dependable mount. He bathes, stands for the farrier and loads and hauls well.
