Beautiful pair of Haflinger mares (to foal in the spring)! Rosie and Rita are stout, sound, easy fleshing chestnut mares with flaxen tails/manes and blazes.



These mares were purchased as an experienced team, and used on the cake wagon on our ranch one winter These mares are 17 years old (no papers). Once Rosie and Rita became broodmares, they have not been driven in a couple years. Older grandkids have ridden Rosie and Rita bareback with halters.



As well as being a good driving team, these mares are good mothers and have raised well matched colts. Rosie and Rita are bred to foal in May/June 2020 to a full blooded Haflinger stud.



Colts out of Rosie and Rita were very trainable and easy to start, according to the person who broke them to drive.



Asking $3500 for the pair. Rosie and Rita will be preg checked by a vet.
