Description:
Webster is a 5 year old big bay roan gelding. He is by a really nice calf roping stud and out of a shapy foundation mare. I halter broke and started this horse as a 2 year old and he has never even thought about bucking from the first ride. He has been hauled and used quite a bit and then was turned out over winter. He is legged back up and I have been playing with roping (I’m not a roper) and finishing him out on barrels this summer. Webster isn’t a spooky horse and will go anywhere you point him. He just had his teeth done and a fresh coggins pulled. He does require front shoes with all the rocks we have but is good for the farrier. Webster has a heart as big as Texas and is a pleaser. He has all the athleticism and speed you could ever want but is safe to throw an inexperienced rider on and head quietly down the road or trail on a loose rein. Webster loves people and is a character. He’s easy to catch and you can jump on him bareback with a halter after being turned out for a month with no problems. I don’t have to sell him but all of my geldings are being offered to make more time for my mares and studs. This horse would make an all around rodeo horse in no time at all and he turns heads everywhere he goes. Price is firm and subject to increase as he is being ridden and hauled daily.
