“Buddy” is a 2005 Bay AQHA Gelding that is as broke and easy to ride as they come. He has been used extensively on the ranch - doctoring, gathering, branding, and everything else under the sun. He‘s as solid as they come and will pack anyone anywhere. “Buddy” has also been roped on some in the arena as well - he’s been a practice breakaway horse for two younger girls and has been used a little on the heel side as well! In addition, he has also been used in a few obstacle challenges, and has even been team penned on. He is the perfect all around horse for any level of rider!



If you are wanting an easy going horse that is fancy broke and has all the buttons to do whatever you want - you found him. “Buddy” has a super smooth jog and a nice lope that is very easy to sit. He side passes, pivots on both ends, spins, works gates, has a solid stop and easy back up. He has a true one haded neck rein making him perfect for kids and beginners. No buck, rear, etc. Doesnt get fresh with time off either! “Buddy” is great on trail rides as well, he will go wherever you want. In a group or will ride out quietly alone. He always stays quiet and rides out with his head low. This beautiful gelding is extremely versatile and suits a wide range of riders!



“Buddy” is very gentle and friendly - stands to be groomed, saddled, bridled, bathed, and for the farrier. He is sound, healthy, and up to date on all coggins, deworming, farrier, dental, shoeing, vaccination, etc. Stands 14.3 hands and is well built - he is the perfect size! This gelding is broke right, safe, sound, sane and is the perfect addition to anyone’s barn!
