Description:
Large acreage, high fenced ranch seeks an experienced ranch foreman. Duties include overseeing the upkeep of the property, homes, shop and equipment; management of the native whitetail deep population; management of necessary crops and irrigation systems; book keeping; etc.



Skills needed:

Heavy Equipment Operator (tractors, bulldozers, etc)

Land Management (fences, shredding, road maintenance, bulldozing)

Deer Management (maintain feeders, protein, hunting blinds, senderas)

Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn irrigation systems

Welding knowledge is a plus

Ability to keep financial records



Qualities must included:

Possess the skills to be a self starter

Desire to learn new skills and crafts

Oversee staff and manage larger crews depending on the project

Desire to communicate with ranch owners daily



Candidate must be willing to live on the property full time.

Salary dependent on experience.
