The above are all the virtues of the lot itself in terms of where it is, but what about the individual ones of it in particular? As can be seen in the photos I’ve attached, the lot’s street frontage has been given a beautiful entryway consisting of a custom built rock wall, wrought iron fence, date palms (male, so no fruit), and ficus trees. Additionally, it should go without saying that utilities are all easily available.

For those looking for an attractive, private plot of land on which to build their dream you simply can’t do better than this. It should be especially attractive to horse owners, as there is plenty of space for both them and your family.
