Description:
Bacon is a tasty, kind of chubby 11 year old 14.1 hand grulla gelding with a happy go lucky personality. This is a very user friendly and gentle horse to ride and be around. He has an easy one hand neck rein, a nice slow jog and takes his leads. Backs and stops well and moves off your leg cues and is pretty user friendly. Outstanding about the sensory objects like the tarp, flag, plastic bags, rattling cans, swing the ropes and such. Bacon is very safe and solid to ride out anywhere from busy neighborhood streets to rugged mountain trails. Crosses the river, streams, bridges and downed timber with confidence and ease. Rides quiet in larger groups and will lead or follow or go out alone with no fuss. He is sure footed in the rocks and steep terrain and is a horse you can relax on and feel comfortable with. Bacon is also solid to ride around our busy neighborhood. Fast passing vehicles, charging barking dogs, bicycles and all the things we come across while riding the city streets are just fine with him. This kind easy going horse is a pleasure to have around. We can put anyone of our guests on him and know he will be just fine with them. 100% safe sane and sound with no vices or bad habits. Cool color too! Sold. Sorry you missed him. We have others.
