Description:
Missy is a do it all kind of horse. She is built to handle a hard days work with a stout frame and good bone. Anyone can ride this horse, beginners, kids, or an experienced hand. She is trustworthy and gentle enough that she was the go to horse for my wife while she was pregnant. This mare is a great family horse and one of the good ones that can sit in the pasture for months and then be used for branding, sorting or turning out. I have taken this horse to ranch rodeos and my wife has taken her to play-days, she is the same every time, no matter what you’re doing or who is on her back. We have roped thousands of calves outside and in the branding trap, she will pull like a freight train no matter what you have on your line. We also used this horse in a 40,000 head feedlot for about 4 years, sorted and doctored thousands of yearlings in all conditions and this horse is always solid. Her size does not limit her athletic ability! she can get up and move when you need her to! Missy is great to shoe, bathe, and you can load her in any spot in the trailer. She’s got a great attitude and gets along well with other horses, does not have the typical mare paw/kick/snort/squeal tendencies. She has never foaled, but has the disposition and mind to produce a nice foal. She is current on shoeing, worming, and vaccinations. Reasonable offers will be considered.
