Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced husband/wife team IMMEDIATELY to work at our horse facility. We will only hire a couple as there is too much work for one person. We have a 34 stall barn and lots of outside horses so there is a lot of work which is why a couple is required. If you’re not willing to work hard and be dedicated then this isn’t the place for you. It isn’t an 8 to 5 job. It’s 7 days a week and it requires a lot of work hours. The job includes feeding, watering, cleaning stalls, keeping the alleyways clean, putting blankets on and off the horses, general cleanup, mowing, yard work, repairs and any other duties needed around the place. Grooming, bathing and turning horses out for exercise is also a requirement. This is a full time long term live in position. There is a small efficiency sized bunkhouse with all bills paid included with a weekly salary. We are very family oriented and the people who work for us are treated like part of the family. We laugh, joke and have fun every day. We are seeking a team with a good work ethic and willing attitude. If you’re not willing to de dedicated and ready to work immediately this isn’t the position for you. You must have experience in handling horses. STALL CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT AS WELL.
