Spurs marked CATES 4427, made by the late Jerry Cates of Amarillo, Tx. He is featured in the Martin;s book on modern makers, Reynolds award winner at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, co-winner of the Adolph Bayers award along with Billy Klapper. His works are collectible. This pair is not only collectible, but a good using pair with 1 1/8" bands, 1 1/4" rowels, 2 1/2" shanks, 3 1/4" heel openings, and a good pair of hand tooled straps. We pay shipping within the 48 states and accept most forms of payment.
