“Cheif” is a 10 year old coal black gelding standing 15.1hh and weighing around 1150. He is by a son of beduino go man and out of a southern sockett bred mare! “Cheif” has done extensive ranch work, team penning, trails, obstacle challenges, etc! This beautiful gelding is extremely versatile and suits a wide range of riders! He is an absolute Cadillac to ride, very smooth jog and a rocking horse lope. He doesn’t have any buck or rear and rides out fine alone or is just as content riding in a group. He is great in new surroundings and isn’t spooky at all. He stands to be saddled and loves all sorts of attention. He is barefoot with big, solid, black feet. He is 100% sound, with good bone and ready for his forever home. Horses like this don’t come along very often!!
