Description:
Very nice 5/8" hackamore. The bosal is all kangaroo with rawhide core, 16 plait cheeks and 32 plait nose band, very smooth. The bosal measures 5" by 11 3/4". Comes with a 24 foot, 5/8", 6 strand horse hair mecate that has a very nice feel. This set is VERY lightly used, almost brand new. I purchased it from Martin Black a few years ago and have only used it a handful of times. The mecate has been kept untied from the bosal, so there are no twists in the reins. I am selling it because the core of the bosal is a little bit stiff for my taste, that being said this is not an extremely stiff bosal, I just prefer a softer core than most.
