We believe hard work should pay off. This is not a 9-5 job, must be flexible and willing to help grow the business by learning every aspect by wearing many hats.

We are seeking a hard-working, very responsible, Organized and dependable couple who is passionate about training horses(sorting, cattle work, cutting, jumping, etc), farm animals f/t. Your skill set must be wide and varied: you will be feeding farm animals , saddling, grooming, cleaning, maintaining coops, stalls, fences, gates, enjoy organic gardening, mow grass, using a variety of equipment as well as fixing, pond care, teaching riding lessons in and out of an arena, managing staff as well as cooking. The ideal candidates like the outdoors, can drive a large trailer, are independent thinkers and have a positive attitude with staff and clients; he/she will be passionate about animals and willing to work hard and learn new ways of approaching animal care. Must be an excellent communicator with a desire to make money by following a plan. Must have solid work references(5 year minimum) or don’t apply and be open to a background check.
