29 Grey Brahman pairs 4-7 years old with "monster" F-1 calves at side. 14 of the cows are already bred back 2 months or better. October 25th, the balance (15 head) will be "strutted" (calves pulled off 48 hours) and 4 fresh Hereford bulls will be put back on them. This should insure that if there are any open cows left, they will get bred back immediately. We’re not sure, but we may wean most or all of the calves at that time unless someone buys them as pairs. If the calves are pulled off, these cows should all be bred back and will be priced surprisingly reasonable. These cows are all dehorned, gentle, and have perfect udders. We putt around them in our Polaris and they barely move out of the way. They also handle good horseback, slow and easy, and will come to a horn.



Aren’t these calves something? We don’t know what they weigh, but they are big and good!. There are 15 heifers and every single one of them is a tiger stripe, motley face! Not one solid color, red motley-faced, dun motley-faced, or even a chocolate! All the male calves are knife cut steers. The week of November 1 we plan on dehorning and calf-hood vaccinating the heifers. We’ll also give everything their 8-way booster and implant and dehorn the steers



We can’t wait to wean these good calves, but will probably offer them as pairs for a few weeks.
