My name is Dustin Buffington I’m 23 and married with two kids. I am looking for a long term ranch that fits me and my family. In north western Colorado and all of Wyoming. I prefer to do cattle work from a horse as it is less stressful on the cattle but am not totally opposed to four wheelers. I want a family oriented ranch so that my family can help on occasion. I am a good team player and self starter. I am BQA certified. I have experience in just about every aspect of ranching, and what I don’t know, I am not afraid to ask and learn. I prefer a more traditional approach to performing tasks, however I also will implement a more modern way of doing things. I prefer to work cattle with low stress methods and I am proficient at achieving this. Tractors, welding, haying, and mechanics are also other tasks that I excel in. I usually am a perfectionist at everything I do, especially when it comes to tasks such as fencing or record keeping on such things like herd health or herd invetory.I
