Cord is a six-year-old buckskin draft cross. He stands 15.1 hands tall and has all the foot and bone one could want. He is extremely fun to ride and moves very well. He rides around like a quarter horse, soft on the bridle and soft off your legs. He was used as a carriage horse for weddings and other events before I bought him. Cord is very trainable and extremely cowy, which makes him an excellent ranch horse. The very first time I picked up a rope on him, he ran a cow down for me. He gallops beautiful collected circles and is smooth enough to gallop for days. We have also used Cord hunting. We have packed him and ponied the pack string on him.
